Einladung: Abschlussveranstaltung des “2nd EU-ASEAN Perspective Dialogues” in Brüssel
Zum Abschluss unseres Projektes “2nd EU-ASEAN Perspectives Dialogue”, das neben einem interregionalen Online-Workshop das Schreiben eines Policy Papers beinhaltete, laden wir alle Interessierten zu einer Podiumsdiskussion zum Thema “EU-ASEAN Action on Climate Change – Taking Cooperation Down a Level, Stepping up Impact?” ein.To conclude our project “2nd EU-ASEAN Perspectives Dialogue”, that, besides an interregional online-workshop also included the writing of an applied policy paper, we are happy to announce or panel debate on the topic “EU-ASEAN Action on Climate Change – Taking Cooperation Down a Level, Stepping up Impact?”.
Hiermit reagiert IFAIR auf aktuelle Verhandlungen, die im Rahmen der 2015 Paris Climate Conference (COP 21) stattfinden werden und versucht im Voraus zu analysieren, ob es Kooperationsmöglichkeiten zwischen der EU und ASEAN bei der COP 21 sowie auf Ebenen außerhalb der UN geben kann.

Die Podiumsdiskussion findet am 18. Juni von 17-19 Uhr im European Institute for Asian Studies in Brüssel statt. Aufgrund begrenzter Teilnehmerzahl ist eine vorherige Registration bis zum 11. Juni erforderlich.

Herewith, IFAIR takes current negotiations taking place in the realm of the upcoming 2015 Paris Climate Conference (COP 21) into account and attempts to analyze the extent to which interregional cooperation for climate change between the EU and ASEAN could be possible.

The panel debate takes place on June, 18th, from 5 to 7 pm in the European Institute for Asian Studies in Brussels. Due to limited seats, we kindly ask for registration before June, 11th.
