Felix Braun
Felix is currently pursuing his bachelor’s degree in Media and Communication Studies as well as Political Science at the University of Hamburg. After completing an exchange semester at the Université Bordeaux Montaigne in Information and Communication Sciences, he is currently writing his thesis on the linguistic and visual framing of the 2023 Israel-Hamas War in the Germann national daily press. In addition to his academic pursuits, Felix gained practical experience during his internship at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) and as a working student at the German Institute for Global and Area Studies (GIGA). Felix’s academic and professional focus includes transatlantic relations, equitable economic partnerships, and security policy, with a strong emphasis on the political and economic dynamics between the United States, Canada, and Europe. Felix speaks German, English, and French and has basic knowledge in Spanish.
