Jim Jimeno
Jim Jimeno serves as Vice Consul at the Philippine Consulate General in Dubai, overseeing the economic, cultural, public diplomacy, community affairs, and administrative sections. Before his current post, he was Acting Director at the Department of Foreign Affairs in Manila, where he supervised assistance-to-national operations across 19 Philippine embassies and 11 consulates-general in the Asia-Pacific region. Beyond his diplomatic work, Jim is an editor for the Data & Policy Journal published by Cambridge University Press. A recipient of multiple international scholarships and grants, he has contributed to global discourse at the intersection of health, migration, and technology.
