In times of Corona: Call for short stories

The Young Initiative on Foreign Affairs and International Relations is looking for short stories in times of Corona!

One virus is keeping the whole world in suspense. Strict government measures have been implemented, healthcare systems are under extreme pressure and the daily life has changed dramatically – all over the world. In light of this unprecedented event, IFAIR is interested in observations and opinions from young people around the world.

Send us a short article about your observations or opinion regarding the COVID-19 pandemic and politics in your country (of residence). Feel free to choose the focus of your article or be inspired by the following questions: How is your country or region dealing with the extraordinary situation? What is going well, what not? Are there country specific issues? How is the international community acting? Can international solidarity be observed?

The accepted articles will be published on a rolling basis and must fulfill the following formal criteria:

– Language: English
– Length: max. 1.500 characters with space
– Format: Word
– Additional information: name, nationality/country of residence, age
– Deadline: Friday, April 10th

Simply send your article by mail to Johanna Hartz-Goiteom: johanna.hartzgoiteom@ifair.eu
